Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy
At Shogaze Resort and Casino, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair and flexible as possible while ensuring the efficient operation of our resort and casino services.
2. Hotel Reservations
For standard room bookings, cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival may be subject to a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
3. Non-Refundable Bookings
Some promotional or discounted rate plans may be designated as non-refundable. These bookings cannot be canceled or modified without incurring the full charge for the stay, regardless of the cancellation notice period.
4. No-Show Policy
Guests who fail to arrive without prior cancellation will be considered a "no-show" and charged the full amount of the first night. The remainder of the reservation may be canceled without further notice.
5. Group and Event Bookings
Cancellations for group bookings or event packages (such as weddings, conferences, or casino tournaments) may be subject to specific terms outlined in the booking contract. Please review your agreement or contact us for clarification.
6. Modification of Bookings
Guests may request changes to reservation dates or details, subject to availability and potential rate adjustments. Modification requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges.
7. Early Departure
Guests who check out prior to the confirmed departure date may be charged for the full stay. Early departure refunds, if any, are at the discretion of hotel management.
